Technology client: Press conference in central London

Back to Case Studies

The brief

We were charged with finding the perfect venue for our client, a company who worked at the cutting edge of new technology. They wanted to hold a press launch in London, as well as (and simultaneously) in Singapore and New York. As a technology company, they had specific requirements, including high-speed internet. The venue also needed to be different, interesting and with a decidedly ‘cool’ factor. It also had to have a link with ‘data storage’.

The solution

The iconic London Film Museum was chosen, with its obvious association with data storage. It met all the technical requirements our client needed and as it’s in the heart of trendy  Southbank, it has coolness in spades.

The verdict

The space worked well for the conference and the technology journalists were impressed with the demo pods and the main presentation. The day was live streamed on the client’s online TV broadcasting station and was considered a great success.
