Designing the Exceptional: An Immersive London Experience
Back to Case StudiesThe brief
A global investment and insurance-holding group headquartered in Toronto wanted to bring 200 guests to London for a special experience, blending world-class sport with the city’s rich history and culture.
At the heart of the programme was the prestigious Wimbledon Tennis Championships, complemented by a series of exclusive moments that would showcase the very best of the capital.
The solution
We designed a bespoke four-day programme that brought London’s heritage and creativity to life through a series of beautifully tailored experiences. The journey began with a welcome dinner aboard the Silver Sturgeon yacht, offering guests a spectacular first impression of the city as they dined while gliding along the Thames.
The following day, the group experienced the thrill of Wimbledon with premium hospitality, immersing them in one of the world’s most iconic sporting moments.
Day three showcased our ability to transform historic settings into immersive environments. After exploring Hampton Court Palace, guests travelled by boat to the Cutty Sark, where the ship’s maritime legacy was reimagined through ocean-inspired design, theatrical storytelling, and dynamic entertainment.
The final day celebrated London’s diversity, with guests choosing from a collection of bespoke activities ranging from perfume design workshops and culinary classes at Sauce by The Langham, to whisky tastings at Berry Bros. & Rudd and private tours of Churchill War Rooms.
The verdict
By weaving together sport, history, gastronomy, and culture, we delivered a programme that offered their elite guests a rare perspective on the city: one that was sophisticated, surprising, and truly one-of-a-kind.
