A Magical Night at the Natural History Museum

Back to Case Studies

The brief

With London’s iconic Natural History Museum as the stage, we were asked to deliver a high-impact charity gala for 500 guests. We were tasked with transforming Hintze Hall into a magical setting with live music and celebration, all within a two-hour build. The evening would raise vital funds for The Matthew Wilson Multiple Myeloma Fund in support of Blood Cancer UK.

The solution

Working against the clock, our team orchestrated a seamless build, working hand in hand with trusted partners across catering, entertainment and décor. Staging and lighting set a dramatic tone beneath the museum’s soaring architecture, and bespoke floral design transformed the hall into a vibrant celebration space. Throughout the evening, 25 live musicians brought energy and emotion, and the evening closed with a show-stopping violinist performance. Every detail was timed to perfection to create a dramatic reveal as guests entered Hintze Hall.

The verdict

Guests were immersed in a truly magical evening that celebrated community and generosity while raising significant funds for an important cause.
