Our client wanted the perfect venue for its annual internal sales kick-off. Usually held overseas, this year delegates were coming to the UK from all over the world and the management were flying from the USA. The hotel needed to fit the client’s specific meeting space and accommodation requirements as well as being located within 30 minutes’ drive of Heathrow.
We found a venue very close to the client’s UK offices that had everything on the wish list. We took over the vast majority of the hotel’s rooms lending a feeling of exclusivity to proceedings.
Even with the weather firmly against us (heavy snow disrupted flights), the event was a great success. The hotel and transfer company were flexible with any last minute changes and the client’s feedback speaks for itself: ‘I wanted to say a big thank you for all your help with kick-off. I am receiving a lot of positive feedback on the event’s organisation.’
